We need your help because every person deserves to have a safe place to rest and heal. The streets are no place to go after getting out of the hospital – and especially for people without homes or family to help.
That’s where Harbor Care steps in, providing our homeless neighbors with a safe place to heal from an injury or illness. We provide shelter, healthy meals, and medical care from our onsite health clinic. We even transport our residents to every follow up doctor appointment, lab test, or therapy appointment to help ensure complete recovery.
But we don’t stop there.
Our team of compassionate case managers keep working to find housing for those who are in our care. In fact, 80% of our residents who complete their stay with us end up being housed!
Your year-end gift helps our most vulnerable homeless community members recover and get off the streets for good. Your generous gift makes it possible for our residents to cover medical copays, fund a bus or plane ticket to send them home to their family, or may even help with a deposit on an apartment.
